As it's a heavyish kind of hardback the giveaway will only be open to
UK residents only
 (sorry international peeps but I have plenty of other giveaways

  7. Renaissance Italy! Just think of all the famous artists - Leonardo, Michelangelo, Raphael... it was such a bright and unusual era!

  8. I'm really interested in society in pagan Europe. I've read a few books about life in Celtic Scotland and it seems a very interesting society!

  10. It has got to be the Victorian era for me - it's the only past era that fascinates me! I would love to wear those big dresses, even just for a day, to see what it is like.

  11. I'd probably go back to the Samurai era in Japan. It would be interesting to see whether it's the same as pictured in movies.
