Everyone knows that Cole Jackson is lethal--in his charm and in his reputation as ruthless media mogul and one of the world's great CEOs. A fact his former executive assistant Meg Parson has learned first-hand. He's the one who banished her from his executive suite with no explanation.
Determined to secure her long awaited promotion within Comnet, Meg Parson is back and can deliver the one deal Cole Jackson has always wanted and could never get. This deal is Meg's ticket to the top. Now Meg must juggle this high-stakes deal with her unfathomable attraction to her former boss--an attraction Meg has denied for three years. An attraction which raises painful memories from her past. An attraction that Meg's boss Cole seems to share. If Meg can't pull off this multi-media merger, not only is her career at stake but also her heart.

Can’t Buy Me Love is perfect if you’re looking for a little office based romance with a kick. Meg is a super efficient executive assistant who has more than served her time working for Cole the ruthless CEO of Comnet. Meg has outlasted all of Cole’s former assistants and is looking to secure her long awaited promotion, she works her ass off to secure a huge deal which stalls at the last moment and requires Meg and Cole to spend some quality time together and finally face their long standing attraction to each other.

I quite enjoyed Can’t Buy Me Love, it’s a fairly quick read but has a couple of twisty plot turns that kept me entertained.
Meg is sweet and in that true ex-PA way she writes lists for everything and considers all eventualities whilst juggling her two BlackBerrys. Whereas Cole has that slightly aloof feel to him in the beginning of Can’t Buy Me Love as the story progresses and his past experiences are unravelled he started to really grow on me.

Can’t Buy Me Love’s hot bits were sizzling hot, I liked the fact it wasn’t just a lowly female worker has been in love with big boss man for three years kind of story. Cole too has been attracted to Meg for a long time (in between dating supermodels of course) but due to his painful past has never quite let any woman into his heart.

Can’t Buy Me Love is definitely one to check out if you fancy a little bit of an office romance!  Thanks to Net galley for the opportunity to read and review Can’t Buy Me love.
