My book boyfriend #47 James from More Than Meets The Ink

My book boyfriend is hosted by Missie @ The Unread Reader

This weeks book boyfriend is James from More Than Meets The Ink by Elle Aycart, if you like a hot little contemporary romances then you NEED to check this out.

To Tate, James looks like the kind of tattooed bad boys her sister gets her heart broken by on a regular basis, and it takes her a long time to realise that appearances can be deceiving. James is actually a complete keeper. He may be dangerously sexy but he's also protective, patient, honest and he wants to stick around and be part of Tate's life.

James gets major swoonage points from me, his bedroom talk is seriously scorching hot, here are a couple of yummy quotes.

"He was stunning. James looked spectacular; nicely worn-out jeans, cowboy boots, long muscled legs, and a black T-shirt that clung perfectly to his roped chest. To say he was easy on the eyes was a gross understatement. The man belonged on the front cover of a firefighters calendar, for God's sake, not in the common area of a senior community skyrocketing everybody's blood pressure to the moon. He should come with a warning from the health department: Handle with extreme caution and use at your own peril. Looking will cause palpitations, dizziness, and hyperventilation.

"All his good intentions of taking it easy flew out the window. Fuck slowly. James narrowed his gaze on her and shook his head. Enough. He reached for her, grabbed her by the neck, and before she could react, his mouth fell upon hers. He'd missed kissing her. She tasted so good. It was a short but possessive kiss, one she didn't fully return yet didn't fight."

"Get naked," he heard himself say once he was in.
She lifted her eyebrows, clearly ready to give him some attitude, but he backed her to the table and took her mouth, licking at her tongue, while he let his hands go over her body, caressing her curves. She responded right away, her body undulating against his.
"I said clothes off, princess. If you don't want me to rip them off you, that is. You know how I enjoy playing Conan the Barbarian..."

"He grabbed her by her shoulders, looking ready to strangle her. "You haven't gotten the dynamics of our relationship down yet, have you? Let me explain it to you: we're involved, very involved. You're mine, and your problems are also mine. No one messes with what belongs to me. Don't fight me on that, because you'll lose, baby".

I did have the name of the gorgeous male model above (he is exactly how I picture James- that smexy grin seriously affects my ovaries) however I've completely forgotten it and it's driving me mad so if anyone recognises him please put me out of my misery and tell me!

You can check out my slightly gushy More Than Meets the Ink review here. The next book Heavy Issues will be published on the 29th of May.
