I've really enjoyed this series it's got action and alpha males galore, the covers are delicious and the stories can be devoured in a couple of hours. So far In Rides Trouble has been my favourite I just loved the banter between Becky and Frank and their chemistry was off the charts fantastic. Rev It Up is a little bit slower and maybe not quite as zingy but the action is addictive.

Snake is a true tortured hero, he broke Michelle's heart four years ago said some very cruel and unforgivable things to her before practically dumping her into the arms of another man. To Michelle he's no different from her untrustworthy father and she's determined not to give him a second chance. Snake however is persistent and when her life and the life of her young son Franklin is threatened Snake is determined to protect them and finally show her his worth.

It took me a while to warm to both Snake and Michelle, I guessed the big secret pretty early on and genuinely felt really sorry for Jake and a little bit mad at Michelle. However, something about their romance just didn't really click for me, maybe they just had too much baggage to overcome for it to be a hot combustible romance? The action kept me reading, I loved the pace and the big ending and the little story side of Rock and Vanessa undercover kept me thoroughly entertained and keen to read their zingier story in full.
